The Bibigloo by Bibi

It is a structure one would normally associate with the North Pole but thanks to some recycling and reuse ideas, you may be able to catch one of these in your neighborhood. This is the Bibigloo, an eco-friendly creation created by Bibi.

The structure is complimented by LED lining that helps illuminate the whole thing, a creation that should heed the call for the effects of global warming. The Bibigloo is made of recycled plastic water jugs and thanks to the LED lights, provides a vibrant glow once nightfall comes.

The Light Catcher – Solar Batteries

Here are some new sets of batteries for you, ones that come charged via solar power. These photoelectric batteries come in AA and AAA sizes and are encased in transparent shells.

The transparent body coated with an antireflective layer which houses solar cells. Every time the battery is used up, all you have to do is get some sunshine to recharge it once again. The Light Catcher was designed by Yung-Hsaing Chang, Ming-Shien Lin and Chang-Ting Lu and is a 2011 IF concept design entry.
