This odd-looking shaped structure is actually a home in Spain, something that comes close to an air ship. It comes with familiar eco-friendly tweaks that include solar panels at the roof to provide alternative energy needs for people who may want to invest in one.

For the record, the amount needed to get one of these organically-shaped Fab Lab Houses is around $58,000. They are available in various sizes and the solar panels decrease its dependency on grid energy and make it a lot more eco-friendly with renewable energy use.

While most of us may not be able to afford it, at least the idea is there. Now let us hope some trendy local architects and designers get some ideas from this and offer the same eco-friendly and unique design for local living respites in our regions.

For Africa and regions where water is scarce, here is a project made for you. The Water Vapor Project from designers Sangwook Park, Sinjeong Lee, Hoyoung Lee & Hyeonju Jo should be something to answer the need for water in the best way possible.

The Water Vapor Project is an attempt to hydrate the parched desert landscape of Africa. It proposes to build an environment where greenery thrives thanks to the basic principles of water vapor.
