| Lovely Journals That Are FSC Certified Posted: 19 Dec 2010 04:07 PM PST Sharing down thoughts, dreams and wild business (or personal) ideas in a journal, is a past time many look forward to each day. While the activity of journaling can give great pleasure, the journal itself is a thing to take great pride in. Whether arty or functional, pretty and lacey or tough and durable – the journal is a thing of true beauty. Pictured above is a lovely journal made with lots of TLC by the monks at Abbey Press who design and create earth-friendly journals made with FSC certified fiber and printed with soy based inks. Take a look at the delicate artwork and intricate design. Quite lovely, yes? These would also make a great gift idea for anyone that likes to journal. via Courier Press Need Green Web Hosting? The Heroic High comic from Mohawk Media is one in a series of paperless and down-loadable only comic books which brings together two mediums which mix together perfectly. To see a comic for example in the new iPad from Apple is a sight to behold and as such I can only imagine more such comics will spring forth. This latest entry Heroic High is ready to download directly to the iPad or as a PDF making it viewable on other similar devices. via Art Daily Need Green Web Hosting? | Posted: 18 Dec 2010 11:03 PM PST ![]() The whole essence of this Hollow Humidifier takes me back to the Apollo 13 movie of Tom Hanks. If you will recall, they had to think of something to diminish the building carbon dioxide levels in their craft. Apparently the Hollow Humidifier seems to cater to the same thing, a humidifier which sports some eco-friendly intent. It was designed by One Tenth Design and makes use of ordinary plastic bottles filled with water to treat the air. This should be a great solution for people who want clean and healthy breathable air at home or the office. Need Green Web Hosting? Check out our latest review of green web hosts. Related posts |
