The Smart Tower Highlights Urban Auto Sharing

Here is another contribution to the growing clamor for support on electric-powered vehicles. The eco-tower as designed by Roberto Dei Lidi was designed to house rows of electric cars.

This is a modern day parking system which should entice commuters to swap those old gas-guzzling vehicles for electric-powered ones. By building up the tower, this increases the number of cars that can be accommodated and thus increase the number of people in the middle of shifting to electric car technology.

Cars are lifted and rotated to save space and allow for individual vehicle assignment. Power is generated through solar panels and vertical wind turbines.

Old iMacs converted into Docks

Here is another recycling DIY idea. This should be a neat idea for the people who have old iMacs or even a PC CRT monitor in their wing. With credit going to innovator Klaus Diebel, you can turn that old iMac or CRT monitor into an iPhone dock, subwoofers and more.

Don't have the time and talent for it? Don't fret. Klaus will be happy to do it for you. Just pick what you want to convert it to and he’ll take it from there.
