Naomi Campbell for Morena Rosa

I posted about Kate Moss earlier today, so its only fair that I mention the other iconic British Supermodel, Naomi Campbell. Naomi recently shot the Spring 2011 campaign for Brazilian label, Morena Rosa ( yes, they love her in Brazil). She was lensed by brazilian photographer, Eduardo Rezende. I seriously can't believe this woman is 40 years old. Life can be so unfair to us mere mortals.

Ryan McGinley's controversial suicide ad: Dying for attention?

Ryan McGinley recently shot a video for South Korean label, Lewitt featuring model Abbey Lee Kershaw jumping off a building. The controversial video has come under fire on the blogosphere as some people including Coco Perez, think the video tries to make suicide fashionable. I don't agree and I think its all being blown out of proportion. Ryan did a similar video with Agyness Deyn jumping off a building in 2008 and it didn't get anywhere as much negative buzz on the blogosphere. I think some blogs are making much ado about nothing.

I think people are more sensitive to the suicide issue because of the recent high profile models such as Tom Nicon, Daul Kim and Ambrose that have committed suicide in the past year.

Kate Moss bags September 2010 cover and lands her 30th Cover of British Vogue 2010

Kate Moss has landed her 6th September cover of British Vogue and her 30th cover of British Vogue. Kate Moss previously cover British Vogues September issue in 2000, 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2009 .

No doubt this wont be Kate's last September cover. She's definitely got selling power so its no doubt British Vogue put her on the cover.As the old saying goes, " If it ain't broke don't fix it". The cover was shot by Patrick Demarchelier.
