| Recycled Dress Made of 1000 Newspaper Cranes Posted: 20 Jul 2010 07:48 PM PDT ![]() Here is an experimental dress for the eco-seeking consumers. This time it comes in the form of a recycled dress made from 1,000 origami cranes. It carries a corset style for some sexiness and a flowing peacock train. This recycled dress is on display at the London Science Museum, carrying a contemporary but appealing fashionable look. At least this is an idea on how to put those old piled up newspapers can be put to good use once more eh? Need Green Web Hosting? Check out our latest review of green web hosts. | Posted: 20 Jul 2010 07:47 PM PDT Here is another concept moped for you. It is a solar powered two wheeled which gathers energy from the sun when parked via its solar panels. It comes with a retractable shield, borrowing that familiar concept from the Batmobile. The moped can reach 30MPH and go a distance of 12 miles. Not a bad concept, lush and all. Hopefully the designers, Oriol Guimera and Joan Cinca of Guimeraicinca get someone to sponsor this concept, something most designers are sorely lacking to put them into reality.
