Here is a clever design that pizza parlors may want to apply for their pizza packaging. The "Green Box" is a packaging solution that is made from recycled cardboard with a perforated lid and can be transformed into four plates and a base which can be used as a storage container for leftovers.

Tests have shown that if the original material used to make the boxes contains large amounts of “inks, adhesives and other substances”, the food put into the boxes can be exposed to chemicals harmful to humans.

Tesla Motors Shows Off Tesla Model S Production Line

While the Tesla Model S seems to be already eco-friendly as an end product, the manufacturing process may reveal something impressive as well. Rather than water for body-leak testing, Tesla will reportedly make use of ultrasonic waves.

Once the body is built and wired, the electric power train, including battery pack, motor, transaxle, and rear suspension, is bolted into the car in one step. Expected to retail for a whopping $50,000, the Tesla Model S will be able to seat 7 people via its sleek four door design.

The Tesla Model S will make use of an electric-powered engine which can go for up to 300 miles and will go on sale by 2012.
