They are just concept bulbs but the idea of the melting LED bulbs does make sense. However, I doubt anyone would go and get them if they ever do become available mainly because they are practically worthless.

LED bulbs are the alternative lighting solutions of today but adding that melting touch seems to be awry. Well give Keita Ogawa some credit for the idea but he should have asked himself as well the purpose of these melting LED bulbs.

Sanyo HIT Solar Cell Introduced

Sanyo unveils a new cell that can reportedly provide up to 23% more efficient power compared to other ones released in the market. The HIT solar cells will be commercialized by 2012 and the N Series of the same segment are bound to spread by 2011.

With this development, alternative sources of power just got broader, a call that has been made for the dilapidating energy resources our world is not succumbing to.
