If you’re considering getting an electric motorcycle this year, take a look at Zero S. The Zero S electric bike has just gained two BIG tax credits, one is a federal tax credit of $2,500 and the other a state credit of $1,500 if you live in California. The governator Arnold Schwarzenegger himself approved and endorsed the state tax credit. The bike would then run you about $8,000 after all credits have been shaved off, as this bike normally retails for $10,000. What’s so cool about this bike, you ask? If you haven’t heard of Guffly, yet. They are an eco friendly shop that showcases a GREEN deal daily. Sort of like Woot! but with sustainable stuff, instead. | Hair Conditioners to Bring Down C02 Emissions? Posted: 25 Mar 2010 10:59 PM PDT  Some scientists over at New York have bared that some materials you would find in hair conditioning shampoos and fabric softeners may help pull down CO2 emissions, a less expensive yet efficient alternative to current technologies with tests resulting in removal of up more than 90 percent of CO2 from simulated flue gas. Known as aminosilicones, they can reportedly be used to absorb CO2 and then be transferred to a desorption unit where CO2 will be removed from the aminosilicone and sequestered.
