Hewlett Packard just announced the debut of two new eco friendly printers to their roster. The p2055d is an Energy Star-qualified printer that has built-in paper and energy conservation features.
And in addition to the paper conservation functions mentioned above, there is also a feature on the HP p2055d called n-up printing which allows for the printing of multiples pages on a single paper. But for this retired engineer, Han Fushan, all it needed was some art to turn plastic bags into colorful looking kites. | Eco-Friendly Cylinder Head Cover Launched Posted: 09 Nov 2009 08:18 PM PST  Ford cars, particularly the 2010 Fusion and Escape models will come out with something eco-friendly. The new cylinder head covers for these vehicles will be made of recycled material, grinding used nylon carpeting into fiber and recapturing the materials in the process. The resulting product is a high-quality nylon resin, which Dana Holding Corp., then uses to mold into cylinder-head covers through its injection-molding process. The cylinder-head covers are part of a module-based sealing system Dana supplies for the Ford Fusion and Escape programs, which also includes the engine cover, gaskets, fasteners, baffle/air-oil separator, and isolators.
